Tuesday evening, July 18, Janet Heimlich spoke about her book Breaking Their Will: Shedding Light on Religious Child Maltreatment. She has one chapter on circumcision. A rabbi in the audience who works with Orthodox Jewish communities to get them to report child abuse was qute taken aback by the anti-circumcision perspective of both Janet and the rocking NYC intactivists in the audience.
